Extension Project Near Lifton, West Devon

The owners of this house just outside the village of Kelly, near Lifton, came to us with the vision of creating a large extension at their home in order to provide more space and re-think the layout. Our clients were eager for the extension to be of a high quality and incorporate contrasts in materials and style as well as some striking design elements.

The four-bedroom house is built in a Victorian style and we were able to create a new extension that complemented the existing structure well, providing a more balanced composition mirroring the side wing and providing a new, attractive front porch in keeping with the existing architecture.
