SPACE

Extra space for the family to grow. A place to make the most of the view. Somewhere unique. We all want something different from our homes, that’s why they are ours. At Living Space we understand the importance of being different – in fact, we’ve built our whole practice around it.

A vibrant, contemporary architectural practice with the perfect balance of experience and creativity, we aim to take your dreams for your home and make them a reality. As construction professionals specialising in residential architecture, new build homes, renovation and conservation, you can be sure your project is in the very best hands. Whether it’s a contemporary extension you’re looking for, help upgrading insulation in your Listed Building, or a brand new home you’re dreaming of, we can make it happen.

Our aim is to create contemporary architecture that is appropriate for its site, its history, and its environment but most importantly, your needs. We thrive on problem solving – it’s what architecture is all about. We can help you find extra light and space in your home, suggest materials you hadn’t thought of, and help you find the right builders for the right price. From working with clients on initial sketch designs and negotiating the necessary planning approvals, through to completion of the building on site, we are experts at every part of the architectural process and are passionate about what we do – the perfect combination for a successful project.

We pride ourselves on quality. Both of Living Space’s directors are qualified chartered architects and everyone in the team maintains a programme of continued professional development. We wouldn’t have it any other way. With experience of planning departments throughout the Southwest, directors with over 25 years of design experience and practice behind them, and a hunger r for creative, effective and innovative architectural design, we’ll help you translate your personal vision into reality.
