Our client asked us to reposition the kitchen and open up the dining room walls to create a much more modern kitchen dining space that looks out onto the views.
We added a new panoramic opening with sliding doors in the central wall that looks out to sea. This helped create better views and a lighter living space.
We replaced all the windows on the house with slim aluminium framed windows.
We coordinated the building repairs in conjunction with the following list of works:
• New heating system with eco-heat options
• Upgraded electrical installation
• Air source heat pump for heating the swimming pool
• PV panels for generating electrical power
• Roof repairs, including lead details and rainwater gutters and downpipes.
• Roof soffit and fascia repairs and chimney repairs with new fires & wood burner
• New balcony and glass balustrade with views out to sea
• Re-plaster and redecorate the whole house to provide a modern finish internally
• Replace the kitchen and all internal finishes
• Internal joinery repairs
