We have recently won permission to undertake alterations work in order to extensively renovate the ground floor as well as reconfiguring the first floor.

These works will enable this property – so rich in history – to function well as a modern family home whilst retaining its character as an important listed building.

The Brief-

1. Removal of all old paint

2. Re configure upstairs including, plaster repairs and Re-opening of door way

3. Add access to and convert store rooms to utility, pantry and toilet

4. Renovate and Install Kitchen including potentially blocking up door and replacing

with window

5. Renovate sitting room

6. Fit ensuite (re-configured bedroom)

7. Install 2nd bathroom (kitchen end where upstairs slightly Re-configured

8. Renovate Porch and Hallway

9. Potentially excavate fire place in dining room/main hall
