Brewery Barn Conversion, Dawlish

This project involves the conversion of an old stable building, which was once part of a Brewery in Dawlish. One of the most notable features is the way in which the outside and in are fluidly connected with the use of large windows and ample light.

The refurbishment also included upgrades to insulation, new high-spec windows and an air-source heat pump. All of these features have helped to create a sustainable, cosy home.
