This thoughtfully designed extension in St Leonard’s, Exeter has completely transformed how the living spaces connect with the garden. Collaborating with Lucy Ashby Structural Engineer, we reimagined the internal layout—enhancing flow, maximizing natural light, and creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience.
Although compact in size, the extension dramatically improves functionality, allowing the homeowners to open their dining and living areas directly to the garden. The result is a versatile family space that adapts effortlessly—from everyday meals and homework sessions to lively gatherings on the terrace.
