Internal alterations and large new deck for this ground floor apartment with some of the best views in Salcombe. As this was a sensitive conservation area, the project involved negotiations with South Hams District Council and the Conservation officer to create a facade that sat well in the surrounding townscape without using the usual glass balustrade, which is much maligned within Salcombe. The design was so successful that we were asked to repeat it for the adjoining property.
