We have recently gained planning permission for the addition of a new floor to this house in Torquay overlooking the bay. The design includes bedrooms with panoramic views and a more contemporary open plan layout whilst keeping true to the original ‘Shingle Style’ house with it’s cedar tiled roof, corner bays and eyelid dormers.
